Dr. Sheeran qualified in 2012. During her training, she gained experience in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Paediatrics, Palliative care, Psychiatry, Otolaryngology and Dermatology amongst other specialties.

She enjoys all aspects of General Practice and has a particular interest in Women’s Health and training the next generation of Doctors. She worked with the Irish family planning Association for three years she became an expert in contraception (including the insertion and removal of Mirena coils, Copper coils and Implanons), menopause and sexual health. She tutored medical students in University College Dublin and is currently an Assistant Scheme Director in the North-East General Practice training scheme.

In her spare time, she enjoys exercising and spending time with family and friends.
